Cartridge Loading- Low output M/C

I have a Plinius Koru- Here are ADJUSTABLE LOADS-
47k ohms, 22k ohms, 1k ohms, 470 ohms, 220 ohms, 100 ohms, 47 ohms, 22 ohms

I'm about to buy an Ortofon Cadenza Bronze that recommends loading at 50-200 ohms

Will 47 ohms work? Or should I start out at 100 ohms?

I'm obviously not well versed in this...and would love all the help I can get.

Also is there any advantage to buying a phono cartridge that loads exactly where the manufacturer recommends?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Ok. Cardas responded that their Clear 4x24 is 16 pF/ft giving me 52.5 pF from the arm base to the PII. That most closely aligns with J. Carr’s first example at 32 pF. (Thanks @almarg , http://www.whatsbestforum.com/showthread.php?15077-Cartridge-Loading-A-Misnomer&p=258578&vie...)
That would suggest that an optimal load would be between 267 and 464 Ohms....EXCEPT for his footnote "However, the heavier the load on the cartridge, the worse the dynamics and resolution.

After further listening comparisons I am back at 475. I suppose I should just go back to listening for enjoyment rather than critically; because to tell the truth, I might feel that 1,000 Ohms is best tomorrow. I think my ears have been through too many years and front row concert seats to split hairs this fine.

Looking at Mr. Carr’s results, 660 Ohms is probably the best compromise for his Kleos. But what the hell. I don't have a Kleos and in reading the above referenced thread further, audiophiles with much more experience and knowledge than me (not to mention better hearing and listening skills) don’t agree. I Have 2 new MoFi LPs coming in the mail. I Think I’ll just relax with them.
