Classe CAP-2100 Bridge into CAP-2400

Hello,
I have a classe CAP2100 that i would like to bridge with a ca2100, hence making it a CAP2400. 
The manual states that there is a bridging kit to make this happen. Has anyone done this before or have any photos of the setup. Classe apparently doe not stock the bridging kit anymore. I am at a dead end.
