Clear-Com CC-15 with mixer

Hello,
I want to use a Clear-Com CC-15 headset for my monitor when using this mixer:

The 'phones' output jack on the mixer routes to the earpiece without issue, but I cannot get the headset mic to work on an input channel. I'm guessing there is an incompatibility issue. Is this workable?
