@arch2 I can only imagine trying to reach a consensus on what KIND of tacos to narrow it down to. I will fire right down the middle and go ground beef/crispy shell but I am completely cool if someone thinks chicken is the better choice although I sincerely hope if thats the consensus that its white meat rather than dark meat. I had an amazing flash fried tempura lobster taco recently but I froze when it came to corn vs flour tortillas. I hope I speak for everyone when I say that I think preparing these delectable tacos in a copper pan might be best rather than silver.
First world problems I know...but we must band together toward the common taco goals.
ghasley, you had me at ground beef crunchy shell. I guess I’m a bit old fashioned that way, though I will never kick a lobster out of bed. Time will tell on the pan though.
