Any DAC with USB input, but the output will depend on what you are using to listen:

• headphone jack for headphones
• analog RCA outputs for connection to a speaker or headphone amplifier
• or speaker binding posts for connection to passive speakers

Regular "computer" speakers generally don't work with an external DAC unless you get some cable adapters.

Looks like you need both a digital input (from CD/DVD) and a USB from the computer?  Correct?  Do you need just 2 channel output, headphone out as well?  Need more details.
