The Jelco arm is better than a unipivot. I'd put it on the Stabi S in place of the unipivot arm if possible.
Denon 103 and EMT carts on Kuzma Stabi or Jelco 750-D
I have a Kuzma Ref2 with a Ref 313 VTA. I love the combination, and both my Charisma (Denon) 103, and TSD 75 perform nicely on it. The Charisma doesn't quite equal the EMT's performance, but it's a stone cold bargain....really good with hard rock. Cutting to the chase....I want a second table, and have been interested in a Stabi S (PIPE BOMB) with it's standard uni-pivot arm. I have also been quite intrigued with the Merrill GEM Dandy with 750D. Based on where I am with cartridges, what might be the better performing (synergistic) setup. I'm also considering my next cartridge, which may be a higher EMT. I must give a shout out to Kuzma build quality, which IMO, is excellent. I hate to put the GEM in last place when considering build quality, but as mentioned, the Kuzma is something else. Cheers -Don
