Denon DP-300F aftermarket cartridge??

Does anyone know what cartridge (model) is supplied with the Denon DP-300F turntable? I’d like to know the cartridge dimensions and which non-OEM cartridge would work with the arm. Example, I have a Shure Type III. Wondering if this cartridge would be too tall as I suspect there is no (VTA) adjustment on the 300F. The owner’s manual does not offer much in the way of non-stock parts/set-up.
I am considering this table for by daughters first system (automatic required). If anyone has experience with this table I’d welcome your input.
