Designer audio video.com

Has anyone bought speakers from Designeraudiovideo.com? The prices are good but the products appear to be gray market with no manufacturer's warranty.  They do provide their own warranty, which is only as good as the company behind it.  It's possible to save thousands of dollars on some speakers but I'm wondering if it's worth it.  Would be interested in anyone's experience.
