Does anyone have a Parasound ADAM module they wouldn't mind parting with?

I've got a Parasound C/BD-2000 transport, but it doesn't have the optional AT&T glass output.  Parasound at one point offered a module that was field serviceable (from the sound of it) that could add the glass optics output.  Does anyone have a dead Parasound transport or cd player that they could spare the ADAM module from?
