Error on Ayre QB 9 (DSD)

Hello All,
  • Am using Ayre qb-9 DSD DAC for two years and from yesterday the unit having issues while playing music, the unit leaves to standby mode frequently means with in a song two or three time goes to stand by mode and within three seconds come back to playing mode. This is happening every few minutes.  I don't know how to rectify these error on my DAC. 

Any one has this issue previously? How you rectify the issue?

Message noted, my worries why they are not responding my mails? If they busy they can say send the unit here or can say drop to their dealer.  Initially the replied n when the unit having problem they simply sit n watching my move.

Ayre does not respond to my email either.  You need to call them or take the unit to your retailer and let them handle it.

I, too, initially had problems contacting them. I eventually got someone who apologized and said that calling back a few times is good as they are busy doing things most of the time.
 So, I would keep trying.
