I agree with the thought for Bing.  I recently watched my favorite Holiday film, the original Holiday Inn with Crosby and Astaire....  I had watched it many times with my children when they were young.  It is one of those films that can make one melancholy.  The word melancholy is a word  that others  cannot fill. 

Unfortunately, Bing Crosby is unavailable for the remake of "I Won't Be Home for Christmas".
