Nagoka MP_500 is a great jazz cart. don't know about rock.
Grado Gold upgrade

Want to upgrade from a Grado Gold. Would rather high output so I can stick with stock phono section on Rogue Audio Magnum 66 tube preamp. Turntable is Luxman PD 441 with Denon DA 307 tonearm. Thinking of a Denon cartridge, if there is such a thing as a high output 103R, Sumiko Blue Point #2 or Blackbird, another Grado upgrade, or whatever you all suggest. Listen to Rock, Punk, Prog rock and Jazz.
