Great Experience with Dealer

While searching for an Aurender A30 I had the good fortune to make the acquaintance of Tunc Bozoglu, owner of Lotusconcept Hi End Audio in Istanbul Turkey.  Although I ended up with another product, Tunc provided outstanding customer service.  He answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and provided me links to the research he conducted on voltage conversion, US product support, and customs/duties.  He even offered a highly favorable payment option if I was uncomfortable making a foreign transaction.  Add to this the fact that Lotusconcept is a Audiogon "Verified" dealer and Mr. Bozoglu's English language skills are first rate, I would not hesitate to do business with him in the future.  You might want to checkout the other listings he currently has listed on this site.
