| What software has good sound quality? While it has been a while since I compared software, I tried Foobar, iTunes, JRiver and a couple more. The difference was virtually inconsequential in comparison to getting off of the PC and MacBook and using a dedicated streamer. | |

| Eversolo, can I do better? If you want an Aurlic Aries G series I recommend the G2.2. Earlier models (G2.1 and G2) do not have as good a sound quality. I owned an Aries G2. There was a significant improvement in sound quality with the G2.2. | |
