Hana Umami Red vs Dynavector xv-1s

The Umami is an amazing cartridge, almost as good as Koetsu Rosewood signature platinum. 
I know I am not saying much, but I truly like the Umami, it is probably one of the biggest surprises. I have really great cartridges that cost 5-10 times and the Umami  has been in one of my tonearms for almost 2 months now.

So what does it sound like?   All I hear is how great it sounds but I never hear exactly what it sounds like.   Is it smooth, is it best for rock, classical, jazz, etc.
