Has anyone tried these stunning new CPT power cord?

   Considering the many, many brands of power cords I've tried in my very well accomplished high-end system, I have never been so impacted by these Core Power Technology power cords. Within a very short period(15-20) minutes my system literally came alive. Soundstage opened wider and deeper. The background became dead silent, space between instruments and stage members were more focused and everything sounded cleaner and musical than ever. My highs had a glorious crispness and symbols shimmered. Midrange through my 2" horn became more dynamic and punchy. My 15" bass driver tightened and dug low with great control. My Rel G1 which is a fabulous sub on its own but with a CPT 150 on it is another story. Running high pass from my sub to my Audiozen Noah amplifier, music depth is just stunning. Lower end bass is authoritative and clean with solid grip and impact.
   My experience with these power cords is truly magical. The scary part of the above is I only have one 150 on my sub and one 300 from my wall to my 6 outlet bar. I still need 3 more to complete my system. I could just imagine the level after that...In closing, I cannot emphasize enough to try one of these in your system. I CANNOT and WIIL NOT take these out as they are that good. But hold your jaw, cuz what you've been listening to will just become real after Core Power Technologies.

Cheers....and let the tapping begin.......

lak,

Herbie’s Audio Labs make some great products!

For those interested in trying out vibration control on the cheap, I recommend getting the grungebuster 1.6mm standard sheet, and cutting it into 1" x 1" squares. This will give you 40 squares! This is enough to treat 10 components, if you use 4 squares per component. Below is a link to the product:

bsavage,

Nice review! Congrats on the purchase!

keeponrockin,

Do the Isocleans or the Bybee conditioner have any surge protection?

If not, then I would advise investing in a parallel filter conditioner with surge protection, or replacing what you have above with the 1800. It’s generally best not to daisy chain units for the best transient response, PRAT, and dynamics, unless specifically designed to.

Happy holidays, everyone! 🎊🥂
I have an 1800 unit.
Although the power cord that comes with it works well, I’m using a Ceroius Technologies Graphene Yellow power Cord. I’m also going to try a Silver Ghost Custom power cord: https://www.audiogon.com/listings/ac-cables-6-silver-ghost-custom-made-silver-rhodium-woven-power-co...)
I’ve heard very good comments about the Audio Art Power Cables. A variety of price ranges, and some great reviews written about the inexpensive 1SE power cord, although I’ve not demoed one yet.
The Emerald Physics Conductor One Power Cord also worked well, and I have used it.
At this point in time I don’t know what sounded the best, I think the key is using a power cord that has a large gauge wire and allows the power to flow without restrictions.
@bg1968
I have the 1200 and have only used the supplied Emerald Physics Conductor One Power Cord. Perhaps I will experiment with other cords in the future, but for now, I'm very pleased with the performance as is.
