I have not heard the transformer but have other audiotekne equipment. If you can't find anyone you might contact the audio tekne importer to the US - steve davis, if you need his email I can get it for you. Michael fremer spoke very well of the cartridge and I think the transformer in stereophile in july. I have a copy if you would like. let me know
