I was wondering the same thing since I am considering the exact same 3 options. I read somewhere that the streaming option of the 150b is superior to the 250a.
I have not compared the two, but can tell you that the RS130 is a better streamer than the RS150b. There are obvious differences in the power supplies and parts in the 150b versus the 250. I would imagine that shows up in the final sound.
