how to modify GEC TT22 tube to suit kt88 amp

i have a pair of gec tt22 power tube. these tubes suppose to be equivalent to kt88 but certain modifications have to be done because they could be used on a kt88 amplifier.
i am using unison research preludio int amp. Anyone has use these tubes before? please help
