Hum on inputs of new Rogue Sphinx v3

Installed new Sphinx v3 for elderly friend on Kauai on Wednesday. Sounded good out of box thru Gallo 3.1s. Turned on today and there is hum on all channes but phono which is empty. Input 1 as CDP. Signal plays over hum but still audible between songs. 2 is TV output thru cheap dac...Signal is low level and hum kind of high...still there when Dac out of input. 3 has noise though unused. All sources and amp on same power strip. Switched inputs around same issues.  Stumped. Not sure where to go next. Emailed Rogue... No response yet. Need to resolve by Monday 4pm HST cuz I return to Oahu. Freind is not able to move amp around on her own. She was all excited to get music going again after months without. Amp sounded pretty good on 1st day too. Wondering if tube pre is culprit? HELP...
