K-1X preamp and V-5X power amp

Has anybody tried these two components together ? Also ahs anoyne compared K-1 to K-5 with the V-5 ?

If you're going to get a 'better' component, it might as well be the preamp, and the K-1x has few rivals, and is FAAAAR better sounding than the K-5x. Some even think the V-5x sounds better (albiet with less grunt) than the V-1x. Do it, yuou won't regret it!
