KEF 104/2 woofer replacement?

Are the 4 internal bass drives of your 104/2s totally shot? There are rebuilding services for them.

Also have you tried calling KEF in NJ? A couple of years ago I called them and they had the replacement woofers in stock.

I couldn't find the factory replacement drivers for mine, and didn't want to change why I bought them, so I don't use them anymore. I did use them for 28 years so I am not complaining.
