KONTAK CLEANER

"What about your electric posts on you amp pre and cdp and power cords?

I only did the speaker posts on the amp / speakers.....and the inputs/outputs on the preamp / phono preamp.              didnt do anything power related.....         

I use pipe cleaner q tips and rca male and female tool.You put Kontak on the rca cleaner.I now use Unity Audio Design Signal cleaner pro he gives you twice as much and gives you cleaning tools as well.It works as well as Kontak and comes in a glass bottle so you can see the level of fluid left.Enjoy!!

Craig makes a few different brushes and swabs that are prefect for this task. Also I can’t find the exact name right now but Music Direct sells a little plastic tool that has a male and female RCA molded on each end to scrub both jack. But be careful I have had them break the male part off, so if you get them don’t use the same one too many times. They are cheap enough to toss after about a dozen connectors.
