Krell Service

Im not all that thrilled either. Said 2 weeks, called after 3 got an immediate reply estimate was done, who knows how long it was sitting there, now it will be 1 1/2 weeks till they ship after paying within 10 minutes of the reply email.
Last time unit got damaged on the way there, took them 3 weeks to tell me it was damaged, then they ran out of parts unit was there 2 months. came back like new though.

I have had 3 pre amps 4 Amps and 2 CD players and have only had to call them for information that I got promptly and accuratly. Never had a krell break down.

I've had two experiences, both several years ago, both excellent service.

Excellent service some of the best I ever had. Takes a few days longer but unit came back newer than sent. They even cleaned up a CD player and brought it up to spec for free and it was 1 1/2 years out of warrenty. Nice guys!
