Love to hear turn around times you have recently experienced at the Krell factory service dept.

Never had a krell break down.

Takes a few days longer but unit came back newer than sent. They even cleaned up a CD player and brought it up to spec for free and it was 1 1/2 years out of warrenty. Nice guys!
