From the Class D amps I’ve heard, I think the claim of harshness is nonsense. One of those received audiophile truths that isn’t true.
In the US, I would pick the Lyngdorf. I think they are well established here, and service should be easier if needed. It might also be easier to get a demo.
Speaking of demos, unless you’re buying used, I definitely suggest demos before buying.
