lyra delos compliance at 100HZ?

when using the resonance calculator it is based on 10 hz.  If using this calculator on vinyl engine, is the lyra delos a relatively high compliance cartridge at around 20 or so?  This would make the delos rather incompatible with most tonearms unless they were low mass designs.  Am I reading this correctly?
