Magnepan service shut down

How long has Magnepan's parts and service been shut down? Any idea when they might be open again? I have tried several times to contact anyone at Magnepan. All I can do is leave a message and never get a return call. I even emailed Wendell and got no response.
Anyone know how to talk to someone there? I want to place a parts order.

Orgillian197 pretty much nailed it - I just asked Schiit for a replacement cover to change the appearance of a Modius DAC - they replied that they're already production constrained by a shortage of finished metal goods & their supplier is now 'Tearing other people's hair out...'

Sounds rather Grimmish to me - "eh Brother?"

LRSs are so underpriced it creates artificially elevated demand and upsets the whole operation. Nothing that can’t be solved if they simply raise their prices
My dealer complained about this in the summer of 2020 when I had my order for MMC-2's in.
