I figured that would be the case. I feel like they are just trying to get me to go away.
My biggest concern is that the remaining issue could be the cause of the other issue it was sent in for, they replaced 60 components but really couldn’t explain why they would have all gone bad in a relatively young amp.
I should add, the WCSC tech said he was speaking on behalf of Harman.
