A sincere message from a forthright person. Thank you Tom.
On another topic, unless someone has explicitly agreed to have their words used for marketing purposes, they may withdraw permission to do so. So, if you are uncomfortable having a testimonial quoted on someone's website where they are seeking material gain you may withdraw permission by doing so in writing. As I have stated, I have not tried any of the products in this thread. I would however, given the turn of events, be willing to donate to a gofundme or similar to assist Krissy in retaining appropriate counsel or at least replenishing her finances that came about as a result of this unfortunate episode. She performed work and dedicated resources with the implication of a business relationship being in place. Evidence of the implied structure is probably contained in emails and texts.
In the past, I have retained an attorney for the sole purpose of ensuring that if someone didnt live up their commitments and pay amounts that were due and payable that they would at least need to spend the money they "liberated" on their own lawyers. I am far from litigious, I'm just intolerant of bullies.
