I had this same issue with my Ultradeck, the string was simply too short. Dealer sent me a new one. Hoping by now you've fixed the issue but for anyone else going forward it came too short from the manufacturer

Hello everyone!
Any owner of a Mofi Ultradeck here that noticed a strange thing about the anti-skate system? Given the first notch on the threaded pole is not to be counted according to mofi, if I set it to the correct notch for the ultratracker, the arm can’t do a full motion because of the rubber ring of the anti-skate hitting the kind of "stop" on the toenarm base…??
Anyone encountered that problem?
