New titanium armtube for Phantom arm?

I have read(comments by HP,in new Abs Sound)that there is a better performing titanium tube for the Graham Phantom.My friend owns one(original ceramic tube),and has no details.I have tried Graham,but can't get a live connection.Anyone have any info?
