No digital signal detected by Lexcicon DC-1

Recently resurrected my Lexicon DC-1 by installing a new power supply. However, while the unit powered up and successfully passed the diagnostic test, it is unable to get digital signal from any of the four digital inputs (2 coaxial and 2 optical)outputted by either my samsung dvd player or panasonic bluray player. It was able to read though analog signal from the dvd player passed to the auxiliary input of the processor.

Can't seem to figure out what is bugging the unit. Any suggestion or help will be greatly appreciated.
