No one actually knows how to lculate what speaker cable they need

It goes back to cable manufaturars, mostly provide no relevant data! to sales and the users. None will answer this!
Whay do you think that you own now the optimal cable to your setup?
I think I've figured it out.

However, if we are here agin, As the CH M1 has a variable fedback (FB) control, what is your FB set, to have the optimum sound? (on my conversation with CH, this was brought out up front, because as you can see from their reply, it has an effect on the DF).

Your speaker's cable name do not provide me much data' of length nor gauge. However, thick speaker cables do not apply to tube amplifiers.
