I've sent several messages to members, no cc or phone # no problem.
No Private Messages for Me
Audiogon requires a credit card to send private messages now. I don't want to put my card on their server to be hacked.
I have a couple of private messages sitting there now. Just posting this here so you realize that I won't be replying to your PM, not becasuse I don't want to, but because I can't. I'm sure there are others in the same boat.
Enjoy the listening,
Jerry

@dekay "I dreamed I had to take a test.... ...in a Dairy Queen.... ....on another planet." ...with a ’tape bow violin’. Reminds self too much of reality, esp. a quantum version. I had been approached by one of our ilk with an issue of a personal nature. Couldn’t even reply, blocked. Queried our local goddess Tammy... "No CC # WITHOUT the 3 digit security code, not a happening...." Suks, although I’m not a Dr. or shrink of any sort, psych or physical..... ...but I Can be an eyes with ears to hear....and happy to oblige.... Work-arounds are poss, but a PIA to arrange given the concept of a PM being a Private Mssg. Not in to buy, nothing you might want to from yurs squirrelly.... "You Actually Want To Buy *X*?! *tsk* Off your meds Again?!" *LOL* Want to hear my voice? Really? 4 words:1st, text. 2 more, Obvious. One more and the cell # is as well. Easy to hide in plain sight....*sheesh* |
I've recieved more private messages from good-hearted forum members trying to help but can't reply to any of them. Same box with the same message in it and no "reply" option available. @dekay I tried clicking on your forum name and got your profile, system link, etc, but no message option. thanks for trying. I'm ok with this. I generally don't need private messages. If something is important, i'll just @ the person and post my message publicly. I've often offered forum members to stop by and have a listen. I'm in .....Carlsbad. (CA) Take care, Jerry |
