Owner's manual for Vandersteen 2C

I recently purchased a pair of Vandersteen 2C's, and from reading the threads here, everyone says that placement is critical, and that the manual is very detailed in explaining the set up procedure. I don't have a manual, and on Vandersteen's web site I saw nowhere to download one. Can anyone tell me where I could get one?
