Please help with the cable burner

I bought this cable burner, plugged into the power and it run but do not know how to attach the cables into and how long it takes for burning.

Could you please share your comments about how to use it. I, of course, am responsible for the usage myself.

Thank you very much.

Might be OK who knows but I have concerns about safety.
I would definitely want a cover for that thing.
Thank you very much for your recommendation. I hope to get some more opinions before plugging the cables.

@Rlwainwright: one single speaker cable has 4 connectors: red (No.1) to red (No. 2) and black (No.3) to black (No.4). Should I plug:

Red (No.1) to Red (of the burner);
Red (No.2) to Black (of the burner);
Black (No.3) to White;
Black (No.4) to Yellow?

I will have an technician metered the current and amps if possible.

Thank you again.
there's much slimpler way:
connect one end of cable onto hot slot of wall outlet and another end of cable onto newtral slot of wall outlet and your cable will burn.
It looks as though the seller used the word "burner" literally. Be careful!
Thank you for your comments.

@Timrhu: just bought from you some Kimber and Analysis Plus speaker cables :)
