Predictions about effects of new feature

Hello fellow A'goners. Noticed the new nifty "Edit my post" function that just appeared? What do you think the ramifications of this will be in The Forum? Up to now, posting here has been like chiselling out words in stone tablets. Your inspirations from the mountain-top were eternal (unless deleted from the archives). Now it seems tabula rasa is possible. Will A'goners be back-pedalling, airbrushing and reinventing history -- behaviour unbefitting of the High End --... or be real men (and women), sticking to their guns even when the smoke gets in their eyes?
