it does not look from the foto that the spade connectors are soldered directly to the lugs. first try and use your fingers and simply grab by the barrel part of the spade and slide the spade connectors off the lug. if they are a bit sticky then try a narrow set of pliers - again, make sure the spades are not soldered to the lugs on that little terminal board mounted to the speaker.

Hi guys I’m trying to fix my dads old sub (Kenwood superwoofer sw-900) can anyone advise me on how to remove these cables so i can pull out the speaker and refoam it?
