Replacement Shipping Cartons for Audio Research Corp Equipment

I need replacement cartons & packing materials for 2 ARC pieces: LS17SE & a DAC8.  

I have read in multiple places that one can order replacement sets directly from the ARC website.  I just thoroughly perused their website &, if that feature is there, I was unable to find it.  Does anyone in these forums have experience or knowledge on how to obtain replacement shipping cartons & packing materials for ARC equipment?

they may not be answering the phones in this time of covid

Call ARC customer service at this number. They should be able to sell you a box.
