Review/feedback about Onkyo P3000R/M-5000R pre-poweramp combo?

Any Onkyo P3000R/M-5000R pre-poweramp combo owners on this thread? Or if you ever heard this gear, can you previde your comments/feedback ?  How was the bass performance of onkyo - strong/balanced/lean? Also -  - can it drive some difficult speakers like Magnepans/ Bowers/Wilkins with strong performance on lows? Thanks!
