RIP Christine McVie

McVie's family said she "passed away peacefully" surrounded by loved ones at a hospital after a "short illness."

Believe I will close this night with her remarkable instrumental on "Did You Ever Love Me," from the otherwise forgettable Penguin album. Long before the band's renaissance with Buckingham/Nicks, Christine had soldiered on.
