Rolling Stone Garcia special issue

Last week my wife picked up for me a Rolling Stone Magazine special issue about the life and legacy of Jerry Garcia. It has been a great read with much insight to his ways, his addictions, near death moments, music, etc. Reads like a mini Biography with comments from many in the Dead "family" and an overview of his 50 greatest songs. Actually brought me to tears a time or two and just writing this is starting to as well. Such a sad ending to a life full of musical accomplishments. All those great songs from him and Robert Hunter, what a life's work! Highly recommended, even if you were only luke warm about the Dead. Check it out before it disappears from the shelves.
