Sharing some audio recordings from my listening session this past weekend

My OKTAN6 system based on my six-way horn loudspeakers, with custom field coil compression and mid-bass drivers, is sounding great with all genres of music. The music is streamed from Tidal and played back with HQPLAYER at DSD1024x48. Here are a couple of audio recordings from this past weekend’s listening session (please playback at 1080p resolution for best results):

Unstoppable

Waltz for Debby

Landslide

@toddalin Thank you for the link. Good thread they have going there at Audio Karma. Will post some of my audio recordings there to get a dialogue going.

It is really something to note the dynamic range delineation with the AHT linestage and AX24 DAC streaming from HQPLAYER (play back at 1080p resolution for best sonic results):

Feeling Good

Another nice music and recording. Sound fantastic!

I like the sound of L-AX24 much better. Almost all modern audio systems' sounds go backward to the back wall. When a singer sings, the voice comes forward (toward me). In below, Chris's voice comes forward like your L-DAC and it's a natural sound.

Chris Cornell - Like a Stone Acoustic Live

Your Denmark DAC sounds go to the back wall like all other systems. And that is sucking out my eyes out and my ear drums like a sucking vacuum. But your L-DAC blows out sounds forward like a natural sound. Your L-DAC is only a sound system blows sounds like that except my system. Cheers! Alex/Wavetouch audio
