I talked to adriene from sim having an i3,thought of having it upgraded.said definate differance in power transformer as well as some circutry,but not quite the i5?that leads me to believe that the i5 is way to go.Having just bought the i5.3 player i5.3 amp is my next upgrade.The i3 itself played my dyn 52,s and 1.3se,s beautifully.I listen to mainly jazz.
