Snell Type J II owners - Sound Anchor stands

For you fellow A-gon members who own a pair of Snell Type J II speakers paired with Sound Anchor speaker stands, what height did you specific for your stands and were they the 4-post or 3-post models? My main system is temporarily mothballed until I relocate to new digs and I have a pair of Type J II's that I plan to run until I can liberate my Altec Valencia's from their storage "cell".
