Sota Sapphire what cables?

Congrats on your new cables. Audio Sensibility has some of the best bang for the buck cables out there. And with the favorable exchange rate are an even better deal.

I ordered a set of Audio Sensibility  Statement SE RCA Interconnects after trying Kimber Hero's, Monster M1000 and Signal Cable. I received them today and am very happy with sound straight out of packaging. I was referred to them by another audiophile. I am going to keep theses and start enjoying my new (used) table.

Got the table up and running today...tried a pair of Kimber Heros....felt they were constricting the sound. Switched to Monster M1000's much happier at this point. The highs were much more natural and bass was tight. Now to call in a few favors from friends and have a cable party....

If you want really great cables take a look at the KLE Innovations products.

I’ve tried every IC from the gZero2, up to the gZero20, which is an excellent cable.

But every cable from the gzero3 on up will outperform most other cables on the market

They are neutral, very dynamic, full bodies without being bloated, very coherent, provide excellent clarity all within an exceptionally large 3D image

start off with the monsters
establish a relationship with a dealer and borrow a reasonable priced set of cables and let your ears decide....

That is so funny! Why is it that audiophiles who choose to employ highend cables in their Music Reproduction Systems don't ridicule those who don't agree with them the way the those who buy cheap cables insult them. You don't read here about someone with Nordost cables saying "Don't fall for what the deaf crowd says! I have the Nordost Odin 2 and it sounds fine! I feel no urge to replace it with a cheap flimsy cable!" Why is that why do the cheapskates act with such underlying disgust with those who choose to purchase more expensive equipment isn't that odd!

My brother has had a Sapphire for 25 years....he dropped it on my system and it blew me away. He wouldn't sell it to me so I just bought one.

The Sapphire is a major upgrade from the RP1; you will be very happy.  You don't say which arm you have on it, but I've had very good success with Cardas Golden Reference.  It wasn't horribly expensive (~$400 new) and is very neutral to my ears with my XX 2 Mk II.
