Speaker Woofer fix for rubber surround cracking ..suggestions pleae

You need to change the surrounds. There are people who offer speaker repair kits  and I strongly suggest you contact them and watch a few vids on the subject on Utube. Here is one such shop. Do not use nail polish, it will harden the surrounds! Good luck

Right. Replace surrounds. Not hard. Not expensive. Until then you can play them with slight cracking no problem.
