It most certainly does, you’re just not hearing it through the full range speakers you’ve been spouting on & on about for the last few months. A couple subs will help.

FWIW, my system goes down to 20 & the dogs are fine with it.

That our beloved pets love quite peaceful muisc not louder than 80db, IF THAT. and their lil souls suffer at the bombast of subs. 
subs , never could quite figure that out as music.
