Sunfire Amp joule meter

The needle on the meter wasn’t designed to move during playback. It just indicates the amp is functioning. It’s a relatively useless thing.

The meter indicates joules which measures the amount of energy being used. You definitely don't want the needle to move.

I think Bob put it there to look cool. And it does.

But isn’t it a weird that the meter stays in the same position when also off? Or did I interpret that incorrectly? I don’t remember my Cinema Grand doing that.
